Yamuna is a Telugu calendar and panchang app published by N3st Holdings LLC (“we”). This policy describes how Yamuna handles information.

No account

Yamuna does not require sign-in. We do not collect your name, email, or phone number inside the app.

Information stored on your device

The following stay on your device unless you share or export them:

• The city you chose for panchang (name, coordinates, time zone)
• Recent places
• Custom events, festival reminder preferences, language, theme, and notification settings
• A compact cache of panchang months already computed for that city

You can clear app data in system settings. You can export or import a backup file you choose to save or share.

Location

If you allow location, Yamuna reads your current position once to set the city for sunrise, tithi, and festival dates. Coordinates are used on the device for astronomy calculations. We do not send your GPS trail to N3st Holdings.

If you search for a city, the search text is sent to OpenStreetMap Nominatim to return place names. Do not search if you do not want that query to leave the device.

Notifications

Festival and event reminders are scheduled locally on your device. They are not push messages from our servers. You can turn reminders off in Yamuna Settings or in system settings.

Optional usage analytics

If analytics is on (it is on by default; you can turn it off in Settings), Yamuna sends events to Aptabase (United States), including:

• A random install ID (not your advertising ID, name, or email)
• App open, foreground, and background
• Feature use such as language, theme, share, event save, and whether location came from GPS or search
• On first launch only: device brand, manufacturer, model, and OS version

Analytics does not include your city name, coordinates, event titles, or notification contents.

Sharing

If you share an event, the system share sheet sends text you chose (and an import link) to the app you pick, such as WhatsApp. That app’s privacy policy then applies.

Children

Yamuna is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Sale of data

We do not sell your information. We do not use data for advertising.
